During the week of September 17th, the A&G Management team celebrated Resident Appreciation Week! Staff from all thirteen of our communities took part in a week of giveaways and fun events that showcased our appreciation to residents who call our A&G communities home.

A&G employees kicked off Resident Appreciation Week right with Breakfast on the Go! Residents were greeted with delicious morning treats before leaving for work and school. After all, breakfast is the most essential meal of the day. The team from Islands of Fox Chase were all smiles while passing out their breakfast goodies.

The management team at our Park East  community loved seeing the smiling faces of residents as they were provided with Breakfast on the Go.

Residents were also treated to their own special Welcome Home treat as well. We couldn't get enough of the colorful displays our teams at Colonial Square  and Southgate created. What a way to celebrate!

Nakia, the assistant manager at Stage Coach/Olde Stage & Severn Square, was bubbling with excitement as she placed bags full of goodies on residents' door for Resident Appreciation Week.

We even decided to treat our furry friends to their own goodie bags! This Chapel Manor  dog had the biggest smile on his face upon receiving his dog treats.

We wrapped up our Resident Appreciation Week celebrations with birthday cake for A&G Management Company's 50th Anniversary. Without our fantastic residents, we wouldn't be able to celebrate fifty years of serving communities in Maryland.

The residents at our Bay Hills community loved the cake and ice cream!
