When you live in Maryland you have a favorite crab house. We asked some of our A&G employees to tell us theirs. In no particular order, we've listed them below. A relative newcomer on the steamed crab scene, this spot in Arnold was formed via a partnership between Dan Donnelly, a local restaurant veteran and the owners of Baltimore's Oliver Brewing Co. and Pratt Street Ale House. Using local crabs whenever possible, and located on the water's edge, the bright airy crab house has quickly risen to the top of many people's lists.

68 Thousand Facebook fans can't be wrong about Jimmy's Famous Seafood! And not only are they known for their steamed crabs, they're also famous for their crab cakes. Even Guy Fieri has dined here. This summer, to celebrate their 45 anniversary, head to JImmy's for $45 dozen crabs! Also, enjoy any of their local beers for only $3 on Wednesdays - with over 15 options to choose from!

Sweet corn, crab dip and so much more await at Joe's Seafood in Severna Park. So popular that one of their most Frequently Asked Questions on busy weekends is "Should we preorder?"
And their answer is YES! They say PLEASE call to preorder if you can! There are days that they get so busy, they simply cannot answer the phone. So, make sure your orders are in and finalized! You can check their Facebook page for prices and sizes every day.

The Point Crab House is situated on a secluded point in Mill Creek located in Arnold, Maryland. Their dining room offers a casual contemporary dining experience with amazing waterfront views. This Canton waterfront establishment has been serving steamed crabs since 1964. Enjoy orange crushes, steamed crabs and so much more at their Tiki bar this summer or dine inside year round. This casual dining spot puts the focus on the crabs so you can pick to your heart's content in this Baltimore classic.

Seaside Seafood - "The Carry-Out" prides itself on providing the highest quality crabs and seafood in the area. It is carryout only, but you'll find the menu doesn't disappoint, offering all things crab. It's a second generation family business that's been open since 1977. They steam 'em, season 'em, bag 'em, and have them ready for you to take home for back porch pickin'!

From its seafood market on Joppa Rd in Parkville, to its Abingdon and Perry Hall area restaurants, with a Bel Air market opening soon, you're in for a treat. Serving hard shells, soft shells, crab cakes and dips, Conrads has got your crab needs covered. What makes Conrads unique is that they catch their own crabs.
