Top Fall Attractions in Maryland

Fall is finally here! Get your boots and puffer jackets out and get ready for some great local fall activities. We chose the top two attractions in each of our counties. There are things to do for kids and adults! Time to get spooked!

Station 7 Terror Trail

Located in Anne Arundel County, this haunted attraction was rated #1 last year by Maryland Haunted Houses! This is a great haunt that the whole family can enjoy! Not only will you be getting a good scare, the proceeds help support the Arundel Fire Department. Some features include the Terror Trail that is recommended for ages 8+ and the Boo Haunt loop which is for kids of all ages! Some extra fun includes food trucks, scavenger hunt, and face painting!

Knightongale Farm

This family friendly attraction is located in Anne Arundel County. Only open on weekends, your family can explore their pumpkin patch full of everything from 2 lb up to 50 lb pumpkins! These are great for eating, decorating, and of course carving! There will also be kid-friendly hayrides, a moon bounce, a corn maze, and face painting.

Rodgers Farm

Take a break from being scared this season and bring the whole family to this farm in Baltimore County. With hayrides, a pumpkin patch, a maze, and a petting farm, you'll never be bored at Rodgers Farm. Don't worry about packing lunch, as there will be food and refreshments available on site!

Charm City Room Escapes

Also in Baltimore County, this great escape room has perfect Halloween themes. They'll trap you in a room with a zombie and, to get out, you'll have to solve a series of puzzles and riddles. Hurry before the zombie eats you!!

Clark Elioak Farm

Visit this farm in Howard County with the whole family! Located in Ellicott City, this local favorite has hayrides and a pumpkin patch. Perfect for a nice little trip in the fall.

Stohmer's Farm

Near our Plum Tree Apartment Community in Howard County, this attraction has everything fall! They have the usual fall attractions, but they also have a straw maze, pumpkin tic tac toe, and even pumpkin bowling! This is a great place to mix it up this fall season with your family.

Bonus: Laurel's House of Horrors

You can't properly celebrate Halloween without going to a haunted house! Located in Prince George's County, this escape room and haunted house is not for the faint hearted. Voted one of the scariest haunted attractions in Maryland and DC, this haunt is a must have for those who crave some heart pounding fun! Did we mention it's located in an abandoned movie theater? CREEPY!
