As a Floating Leasing Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of our apartment communities—connecting with prospective residents, showcasing our apartment homes, and helping individuals and families find a place they’re proud to call home. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide leasing and office support across multiple A&G communities in Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties, ensuring consistent service excellence wherever you’re needed.

What You’ll Do

Leasing & Customer Service

  • Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging community and apartment tours
  • Qualify prospects and guide applicants through the leasing process
  • Prepare lease documentation and assist with move-in procedures
  • Follow up with leads and visitors to build strong relationships
  • Provide excellent service to current residents, addressing inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests

Administrative & Office Support

  • Open and close leasing offices, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and online inquiries using Entrata
  • Maintain organized files, accurate records, and resident information
  • Prepare and submit required weekly reports

Community Standards & Inspections

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure curb appeal and community standards
  • Inspect model and show-ready units prior to tours
  • Report and follow up on maintenance or appearance issues

Marketing & Market Awareness

  • Conduct weekly market surveys and shop competitor properties
  • Assist with marketing ideas and initiatives to increase occupancy

Floating Position Details

  • Coverage includes multiple A&G communities in Howard County and Anne Arundel County
  • Occasional weekend work may be required
  • Gas and toll expenses are not reimbursed
