- Qualify prospects and guide applicants through the leasing process
- Prepare lease documentation and assist with move-in procedures

- Open and close leasing offices, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Manage phone calls, emails, and online inquiries using Entrata
- Maintain organized files, accurate records, and resident information
- Prepare and submit required weekly reports
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure curb appeal and community standards
- Inspect model and show-ready units prior to tours
- Report and follow up on maintenance or appearance issues
- Conduct weekly market surveys and shop competitor properties
- Assist with marketing ideas and initiatives to increase occupancy
- Coverage includes multiple A&G communities in Howard County and Anne Arundel County
- Occasional weekend work may be required
- Gas and toll expenses are not reimbursed
