In continuing efforts to update our residents, we want to communicate that the legal delay allowing late rent without eviction has expired, and the State of Maryland has lifted the moratorium on evictions.
If you are a resident in good standing and have been making your regular rent payments on time this will not affect you. If you have not made a rent payment in several months, then appropriate paperwork for the eviction has already been filed with the courts. To avoid eviction please bring your outstanding rent balance up to date immediately.
